• Gift cards purchased from the Website can only be redeemed at the Website’s online store and not at any physical store.
• Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash; they can only be used to purchase products from the Website.
• The validity of a gift card is one year from the date of purchase and is not subject to any additional costs or taxes. In case of loss, the gift card can be replaced with the provision of a valid proof of purchase, provided it has not been used.
• If the gift card code is invalid, for your convenience, the Company will replace the gift card.
• If an invoice is issued for the purchase of the gift card, no refund option is available.
